Hidden Edge Club Dinner – 30th September
Real demand is not sales orders or shipments, it’s found at the point of sale. In an increasinly volatile market place, business leaders are under increased pressure to forecast and shape consumer demand across a growing range of channels and markets.
On the 30th of September the Hidden Edge Club is bringing together 16 Supply Chain, Finance and Operations experts to the Covent Garden Hotel in Central London for a three course dinner discussion. We will be discussing and debating the latest advancements in analytics and the importance of understanding consumer behaviour to optimise forecast accuracy.
Questions to be discussed:
- Do you really understand the drivers of your business and consumer behaviour?
- What steps are necessary to become truly demand driven?
- What is the role of sales and marketing when forecasting demand?
- How can you realise the benefits of increased forecast accuracy throughout the business?
Professional Benefits
- Expand your network by connecting with a group of senior peers in an informal but confidential environment.
- Discuss how colleagues across various industries and organisations have tackled similar issues and share your experiences.
