The C-Suite are rapidly realising that digitalisation is the modern prerequisite to growth, and those reluctant to increase expenditure in the area are struggling to keep pace with the competition.
Join the Change Makers Club at the Andaz, the capital’s most luxurious boutique hotel, on the 9th September for a three course, five star dinner-discussion. We will be debating the impact enterprise digitalisation is having on the workplace of tomorrow and why it is at the forefront of the minds of senior decision makers. We will be focussing our discussion around three key areas; organisational efficiency, customer experience and digital transformation strategy, whilst addressing the key questions being asked of the technologies of the future.
Organisational Efficiency: By digitalising back-office operations and bringing all enterprise data into one easy to use interface many vital business processes are simplified, thereby fostering collaboration between departments and rapidly improving decision making times. However enterprise connectivity is not without its risks and challenges; employees expect a BYOD culture that allows them to continue working anywhere in the world, at any time, on any device, and with this comes increased security concerns. So how can a business mitigate risk whilst satisfying user demand?
Customer Experience: Of course providing employees with smarter, more agile business processes impacts customer service, however it is the development of native mobile applications that is reinventing customer experience. Executives are predicting that the largest share of their digital growth in the coming year will come from digital customer engagement; Apps make it easy for customers to engage with organizations through a variety of sales, service and marketing processes and without one that is easy to use a business risks frustrating the customer – a dangerous position when operating in a highly competitive market.
Digital Strategy: There is little doubt that the digital experience will revolutionise the workplace of tomorrow. Technological integration, process automation, social collaboration and modern data management will transform the ways in which businesses operate. So how can a business best address and understand the digital requirements of customers, employees and all other stakeholders?
