The IT Inner Circle regularly brings together CIOs and IT Directors for vibrant discussions and trailblazing meetings, centred on hot-topics in the field. Discussion
CIOs are under increased pressure to reduce delivery times and maximize the returns of all IT investment. Brian Shea, six-time co-author of the World Quality Report will be chairing the discussion, offering his own perspective on the opportunities and challenges presented by the constant transformations affecting IT leaders and the emergence of more adaptable service delivery models. We will be debating such questions as:
- Is investment in building and growing our IT systems becoming more prevalent than merely maintaining business operations & applications?
- Why has speed-to-market replaced cost reduction at the top of our agenda, and what are the implications of this?
- Why are cost-driven offshore investment models changing to support higher quality delivery models and performance standards?
