IT Inner Circle Dinner – 3rd March
The last decade has seen the rise of countless technological innovations that have forever changed the way customers interact with businesses.
McKinsey heralded this as the “Age of the Customer”, ushering in a new era where customer experience is the battlefield for differentiation and competition. Gartner’s recent study (2014) found that as much as 89% of businesses expect to be competing primarily on the basis of customer experience by 2016.
The newly empowered customer is demanding a mobile, social and omni-channel digital experience – a demand that ultimately falls to a company’s senior IT professionals to meet. This provides an increasing opportunity for the core business to understand, target, and engage with customers more effectively than ever before, ultimately meaning that there is rapidly amassing pressure on IT professionals to deliver. Not only are we expected to help our businesses keep up with the digital age, but also to safe-guard against losing even the most loyal of customers to competitors with more user-friendly, better performing or more secure offerings.
On 3rd March, the Haymarket Hotel host the first IT Inner Circle dinner of 2015, bringing together an intimate group of forward-thinking CIOs & IT Directors. Not only is this a tremendous networking opportunity accompanied by a five star, three-course meal, but it also offers attendees the chance to hear other industry perspectives on one of today’s hot topics. This peer-to-peer discussion will be collaborative, strategic, and confidential, tackling such questions as:
